Returns & Refund Policy
We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your
item to request a return.
Return Request Process:
To initiate a return, customers must raise a return request through our official
WhatsApp support within 48 hours of receiving the product. After the request is
submitted, our team will review the details and the return will be accepted only
after verification.
Exchanges and Returns Policy:
For exchanges or returns to be considered, your item must maintain its original
condition, remain unused, and be in its original packaging. Please ensure that you
provide the invoice during the return pickup process. Products that have been used
are not eligible for exchange or return.
Exchanges or returns are permissible under the following circumstances:
1.The product is damaged, or you have received the incorrect item.
2.The product's seal is broken upon delivery.
3.The product has expired before its delivery.
4.No items will be returned or refunded if they are bought during a sale period or
belong to the gifting category.
5.Any order-related discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery,
along with a complete unboxing video for verification.
If your return meets the criteria, we will arrange for the item to be picked up from
the same address. You will receive notification regarding the expected pick-up date.
For exchanges, the replacement product will be delivered to you within 3β5 days
after the return pick-up is completed.
If there are any discrepancies related to the delivery, kindly contact us within 48
hours after the order has been marked as delivered.
Cancellation Policy:
We will consider a request for order cancellation only if the product has not yet
been shipped. Should your cancellation request be accepted, you will receive a
refund for the entire amount. We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order for
various reasons, such as stock unavailability, pricing or informational errors, or
issues identified with the customer's personal or financial details.
Refunds:
Upon receiving the parcel, kindly record a video while opening it, showing the
package label and contents clearly. This will help ensure smooth processing in case
of missing products.
If your refund request is approved by our executive team, the item must be picked
up from your address in its original packaging. Once it reaches our warehouse, our
team will inspect its condition, and based on the assessment, your refund will be
processed accordingly. Please note that partial Cash on Delivery (COD) payments
are non-refundable under any circumstances.
